Management

Clemens Rezac has been Managing Director of CORIOLIS Green Investment Solutions since the beginning of 2010. In April 2012 he took over the company in the form of a management buyout.

Before leading CORIOLIS, Clemens was active in corporate finance and M&A for over 7 years, most notably as Director M&A at Valartis Europe AG, part of the Swiss Valartis banking group, and within corporate finance/ M&A at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has worked in a variety of industries and markets, including energy, before fully focussing on renewable energy in 2010.

During his career, Clemens has led or supported M&A and project finance projects with a total value of over €900m.

Clemens is a CFA charterholder and has studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Owen Graduate School of Management (Vanderbilt University). In parallel to his professional activities, he has been lecturing on corporate finance, due diligence and M&A topics at the TU Wien and various Universities of Applied Sciences.
